Contract Terms

Consequences of Agreement Termination

Termination of this Agreement will not relieve Client of the requirement to pay for Services performed by
Your Business
or its team prior to the effective date of the termination. Upon termination of this Agreement by Client without
Your Business
fault or consent, Client shall pay
Your Business
all of the fees earned by
Your Business
and its team for all associated projects in addition to all expenses and third-party costs incurred by
Your Business
through the effective date of cancellation plus a $600 “cancellation fee”. Should Client fail to make payment in accordance with this Agreement,
Your Business
shall have the right to withhold delivery of any materials and/or suspend performance of any services required to be performed under this Agreement or any applicable SOWs.

Late Payments

Payments not made within such time shall be subject to late charges equal to 10% of the overdue amount.
Your Business
shall be entitled to all of its costs of collection of amounts outstanding hereunder, including, but not limited to, the fees of its attorneys incurred in the collection of any amounts due to
Your Business
by Client.

Feedback Rounds

After
Your Business
provides an initial version of any deliverable or asset to Client, Client has [three] days to provide all feedback.
Your Business
will then provide a second version that incorporates the feedback. If Client has additional feedback and requires additional versions, those versions will be considered beyond the scope of work for this contract, and
