Release Notes - Client Notes

Think about how much you know about a client after a few months of working together. Their communication style, the feedback patterns, the stakeholder who always sends late approvals, the brand color they keep changing their mind on. That context exists somewhere, or possibly several somewheres. Whether it’s in your inbox, your notes app, a Slack thread, or just your memory, it's rarely where you need it when you need it.

Client Notes puts it where you're already working.

You can now create and edit rich text notes directly inside any client profile in Wethos. Add whatever's useful: project preferences, key contacts, important dates, running context for your team. It's there when you open the client record, visible to anyone on your team who needs it, and editable as things change.

For solo practitioners it's a cleaner way to keep track of the details that make client relationships run smoothly. For teams it means less time getting people up to speed and fewer things falling through the cracks between handoffs.

Also in this release: We fixed a handful of issues that had been affecting the platform: the brand color picker now works correctly, business names can be saved across all account types, and we resolved some interface and modal stability issues.

If you'd been running into any of these issues, they should be resolved. If not, or if you’re running into something new, drop us a line at support@wethos.co.
