Background

Dumaine Reid is a brand strategist and web designer based in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Reid considers himself a designer and artist with an arsenal of different creative skills from graphic design to illustration. This creative expertise is how he found himself working in brand strategy, brand identity, UX, and web design work. 

Like many freelancers who have effectively become business owners, Reid, at first, found it challenging to translate his creative skills into pitchable services.

The Challenge: Lack of a Scoping Process

“Now that I have the tools, I don’t really have anything to worry about,” says Reid. “I can do all the stuff I’ve wanted to do, but in peace.”
