Repeat Roses came to Wethos with a clear brand and business goal, but not enough support in-house to get all the pieces of the puzzle locked together. 

They started with a solid CRM system, an inconsistent newsletter, and a barebones brand, but their systems and messaging weren’t optimized.

That’s where Wethos jumped in, working closely with Repeat Roses to develop a strategy to create a cohesive brand with more consistency and efficiency in their processes.

This project was full of pivots and additional work added to the scope. In the end, the brand refresh was the most valuable to the client, who agreed that “it changed the game for everything else.”

Initially, the client came to us with the goal of maximizing the CRM system they invested in. Along the way, Wethos and Repeat Roses agreed more could be done to increase efficiency in their workflow and create a consistent brand. 

Wethos quickly implemented systems to capture leads on the newsletter, properly import data into the CRM, and create a cohesive brand to support the work Repeat Roses was doing.
