We’re looking for an organized, driven, and mission-oriented team player to join on our mission to provide help us curate the most qualified teams to do the most meaningful work.

You would be a key member of the operations team working with account managers and the Director of Accounts to build strong relationships with customers and organize freelance specialists to execute impactful creative work.


  • Creating and manage timelines and due dates

  • Onboarding and briefing selected Specialists to teams

  • Sending deliverables and track feedback

  • Reviewing deliverables to ensure they are on-brief and all feedback is incorporated

  • Scheduling calls and presentations

  • Interfacing with the client as needed and provided updates to the Accounts Team on relevant topics

  • Being proactive when issues arise, exercising discretion and independent judgment when making decisions

  • Flagging issues or out of scope work to the Director of Accounts

  • Sending weekly recaps on progress, blockers, and upcoming due dates

  • Tracking specialist hours by deliverables completed

  • Release points to specialists when deliverables are completed


  • Director of Accounts and Product Manager to source team members

  • Director of Accounts and contract Team Leads to catalogue negative and positive trends in project management


  • Team Strategists to close sales and create timelines

  • Director of Accounts with recruitment, training, and management of additional staff as needed

You HAVe:

  • 4-5 years of project management or producing experience

  • 1-3 years of account management experience, preferable but not required

  • The ability to communicate up-to-date best practices in marketing, communications, and development

  • Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams in marketing, communications, and development

  • Experience in a wide-range of production and project management software

  • The ability to not only be comfortable but to excel at interfacing with clients

  • Exceptional organizational skills and are a list keeper

  • The ability to work in a start-up environment (range of tasks, ambiguity, flexibility) while still exercising and implementing standard professional processes and systems

  • A strong commitment to Wethos’ mission and vision
