We’re looking for an organized, driven, and mission-oriented team player to join on our mission to provide help us curate the most qualified teams to do the most meaningful work.

You would be a leading member of the sales team working with the co-founders to identify new prospects, build strong relationships with potential customers.


  • Responsible for full sales cycle including cold outreach team including research, identifying, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities over the phone and web

  • Build and manage an accurate activity funnel

  • Collaborate with brand and content team on inbound tactics, tracking metrics of success of reaching target and optimizations

  • Represent Wethos at conferences and network with top industry leaders

  • Collect feedback from prospects and use it to help influence product development

  • Develop a deep understanding of the agency scoping and selling process for creating teams that build: websites, marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, PR/awareness campaigns, and other marketing activities

  • Brief internal account and project management team on prospects after a sale


  • You are independent, self motivated, and you strive for excellence

  • You are organized, have strong time management skills, and thrive in dynamic, fast paced environments

  • 5+ years of B2B service based business development, experience managing a team

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to create scopes

  • Previously trained in consultative/value-based approach

  • Experience in one or more of the following: marketing agencies, start-ups, social impact organizations, organizations that utilize freelancers
