ACCOUNT MANAGER

We’re looking for an out-going, driven, and mission-oriented team player to join Wethos.co on our mission to provide the nonprofit sector with high quality and affordable staffing solutions.

You would be a key member of the sales team working with the co-founding team to identify new prospects and expand relationships with our existing organizations.

You WILL:

  • Working on the sales team to create, build on and maintain current client relationships

  • Meet with team monthly to review performance, progress, and targets

  • Participation sales calls, meeting monthly targets of contract and clients closing

  • Collaborate on developing a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly

  • Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, deliver results effectively, willingness to try new methods and think outside of your day-to-day role

  • Managing current organizations and their accounts

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences

  • Actively seek to spark relationships with organizations that fit our target

  • Estimating costs, scoping large projects and selecting the best talent to take on the work

  • Maintain and expand relationships with organizations that have been identified as sales leads with the SDR team

  • Help develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation plans

  • Advance one’s own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications

You HAVE:

  • Active involvement in social good or interested and willing to learn about the nonprofit space

  • x2-3 years in an account management (preferably at an advertising firm but not required)

  • Experience scoping various types of projects (websites, media campaigns, branding, social media) and timeline

  • Experience working within teams with various skills (designers, developers, media strategists, social media strategists)

  • Detail oriented, organized, personable in interacting with clients or potential new organizations

  • Self-starter, ability to make decisions quickly and try new things

  • Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing

  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers

  • Preferred but not required, experience with tools like Hubspot to manage sales process and track relationships

Salary:

$55-$65K + commission & equity
