ACCOUNT MANAGER

We’re looking for an organized, driven, and mission-oriented team player to join Wethos.co on our mission to provide help us curate the most qualified teams to do the most meaningful work.

You would be a key member of the Accounts team working to build and expand relationships with our existing organizations.

You WILL:

  • Working on the Accounts team to build and maintain current client relationships

  • Meet with team monthly to review performance, progress, and targets

  • Meeting Quarterly targets of returning business and repeat users

  • Collaborate on developing a scalable client management process

  • Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, deliver results effectively, willingness to try new methods and think outside of your day-to-day role

  • Managing current organizations and their accounts

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences

  • Actively seek to spark relationships with organizations that fit our target

  • Estimating costs, scoping large projects and selecting the best talent to take on the work

  • Constantly looking for new ways to expand existing scopes into new opportunities

  • Advance one’s own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications

You WILL COLLABORATE WITH:

  • Marketing to develop lead nurturing and re-engagement tactics

  • Producer and Team Leads to on-board and brief specialists to projects

You WILL SUPPORT:

  • Director of Accounts and Producer to ensure Team Leads adhere to it correctly

  • Director of Accounts, and Product Manager to develop a client on-boarding strategy

You HAVE:

  • Active involvement in social good or interested and willing to learn about the nonprofit space

  • x2-3 years in an account management (preferably at an advertising firm)

  • Experience scoping various types of projects (websites, media campaigns, branding, social media) and timeline

  • Experience working within teams with various skills (designers, developers, media strategists, social media strategists)

  • Detail oriented, organized, personable in interacting with clients or potential new organizations

  • Self-starter, ability to make decisions quickly and try new things

  • Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing

  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers

  • Experience with tools like Hubspot to manage sales process and track relationships

Salary:

$60-$65K
